This prestigious international standard proves, once again, that the entire team of SOLMED Alliance follow strict protocols of action in terms of food safety processes.
Every service is supervised and treated with the highest demands because SOLMED Alliance follows a strict methodology based on the principles of Assured Safe Catering (ASC) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP). These measures assure the highest standards of food safety in each project.
In this sense, every member of the Alliance has an exhaustive homologation from their suppliers to guarantee the maximum quality and safety related to the entire food processes.
In addition, the food safety management system is periodically evaluated to cover the activities carried out. Also, we update the information regarding the current legislation on this matter.
