Sustainable gastronomy contributes to economic, social and environmental development. At SOLMED Alliance we promote sustainability in all our activities and of course in the kitchen we emphasize both food preparation and minimizing food waste. In addition, for the preparation of our dishes, we buy locally produced ingredients in the different countries where we work.

Our commitment to gastronomy guarantees our customers a wide range of foods produced and prepared with the high quality and safety standards that distinguish our company. Fresh, seasonal and local products add great value to our dishes and, also, by purchasing these foods we support local producers and therefore promote the economy of the region.

The art of sustainable gastronomy is to prepare succulent dishes with natural foods that have been produced without wasting natural resources. Thus, at SOLMED we prepare delicious dishes taking into account where the ingredients are from, how they are grown and how they reach our markets.
