On World Malaria Day from the SOLMED Alliance we want to celebrate the achievements of those countries that have already eradicated the disease of malaria, or those that are very close to reaching the goal of zero malaria. We must not forget that it is one of the main global health problems and that it is one of the major causes of infant mortality in Africa, for this reason we must continue to invest in prevention and control measures of the malaria disease to save lives.
Sustainable gastronomy contributes to economic, social and environmental development. At SOLMED Alliance we promote sustainability in all our activities and of course in the kitchen we emphasize both food preparation and minimizing food waste. In addition, for the preparation of our dishes, we buy locally produced ingredients in the different countries where we work.
